BANJALUKA, MARCH 17 (ONASA) – President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik and President of the Management Board of ERG International Group Mustafa Sani Erbilgin signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Banja Luka for the purpose of developing and improving the railway network through Republika Srpska.
The memorandum was signed after the initial meetings that Dodik and representatives of the ERG company had in the last two months, the Cabinet of the President of Republika Srpska announced.
Dodik pointed out that the Republika Srpska recognized the interest in the cooperation of this company with international experience, as well as the commitment and willingness to engage adequate resources and best practices in order to support the economic development of the Republika Srpska.
The aim of the memorandum is to contribute to the further development of the cooperation between the Republika Srpska and the ERG International Group, with the reconstruction, electrification, signaling and modernization of the railway line Doboj – Tuzla – Zvornik.
During the meeting, the interlocutors expressed their belief that the cooperation will be realized, as well as that the results, on projects of national importance in the field of railway infrastructure, will soon be visible.
