FBIH GOVERNMENT: ON OCCASION OF BIH INDEPENDENCE DAY: WEDNESDAY, MARCH 1, NON-WORKING DAY



SARAJEVO, FEBRUARY 27 (ONASA) – The Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy informs the public that the Law on the Proclamation of March 1 as the Independence Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of RBiH, number: 9/95) established that March 1 – Day of the independence of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a public holiday, and that state bodies, companies and other legal entities do not work on that day.
Accordingly, March 1 – the Independence Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina is celebrated only one day, on the day of the holiday itself.
With that in mind, the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy informs the public that Wednesday, March 1, 2023 is a non-working day.
