MOSTAR, APRIL 16 (ONASA) – Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia Andrej Plenković opened the 25th International Business Fair in Mostar today.
“This fair is particularly important for BiH. I sincerely want BiH to continue its efforts towards joining the European Union (EU). In the process of joining the EU, BiH will have all the help of Croatia. The road will be demanding, but the doors of the EU have opened again, said Plenković.
BiH is the second country in terms of investments from Croatia, he said.
“Four billion euros was last year’s trade between Croatia and BiH. BiH is the fourth country in terms of exports from Croatia. I want this fair to be an opportunity for new business deals,” said Plenković, opening the fair.
800 exhibitors from 30 countries of the region and the European Union are presenting at the fair.
The director of the Mostar Fair, Dalfina Bošnjak, stated that the fair’s capacity was filled more than two months ago, and that more than 40 companies came from Croatia, and companies from Hungary, Serbia, Israel, Turkey, Italy and Austria also had their stands.
