SAJEVO, MAY 31 (ONASA) – Under the slogan “Opportunity for all – Tourism leads to new jobs”, the 15th Sarajevo Canton Job Fair was opened today at the Sarajevo Youth Center, where more than 770 vacancies in the field of tourism will be presented. information technologies and other fast-growing activities.
The fair was opened by the Minister of Economy of the Sarajevo Canton, Zlatko Mijatović, who expressed his belief that the event will be fruitful for all participants and wished them success.

Acting Edina Ljubuškić, director of the Sarajevo Canton Employment Service, pointed out that the aim of the fair is to contribute in the most efficient way to the creation of quality connections between unemployed people and companies that will lead to the employment of the best personnel.
Unemployed persons who visit the fair will be able to directly download the “Job Voucher” worth 12,000 BAM and apply for the offered positions within the framework of the Active Employment Policy Program.
It is a project in which the Government of KS co-finances employment.
As part of the Employment Fair, panel discussions “Lack of qualified labor on the labor market in Sarajevo Canton” and “The role of the local community in reducing the unemployment rate” will be held, which will try to offer an answer to the question of how to accelerate the integration of the unemployed into the labor market in Sarajevo Canton.
