SARAJEVO, AUGUST 30 (ONASA) – Within the scope of the case, the confiscation of illegal property benefits in the amount of about 8 million BAM, in real estate and motor vehicles, will be requested.
Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption in the case of Bojan Cvijetić et al. filed an indictment against 21 persons, for criminal offenses of organized crime, illicit traffic in narcotic drugs, smuggling, money laundering and other related criminal offences, announced the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
During the execution of criminal offenses, certain defendants used one, and some of the defendants used several “Sky” and “Anom” applications, for planning, arranging and executing criminal offenses.
According to the indictment, in the period from 2019 to 2021, the accused organized, planned and realized the international smuggling of narcotic drugs, in quantities of more than 35 kilograms of the narcotic drug cocaine, smuggled mainly from the Netherlands and Belgium to the territory of BiH, as well as further hiding and smuggling in neighboring countries, as well as Hungary and Slovenia.
They are accused of smuggling more than 3,000 kilograms of the narcotic drug marihuana-“skunk” from the territory of Albania and neighboring countries to the territory of BiH, and further smuggling within BiH and to the countries of the region, as well as storing a large amount of the narcotic drug marihuana-“skunk” in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where a quantity of about 316 kg was found and confiscated, as well as the smuggling of a large quantity of cigarettes.
The defendants are accused of having, by committing criminal acts, acquired illegal property benefits in the amount of millions, which, by committing criminal acts of money laundering, they injected into legal financial flows, by purchasing a large number of real estate (apartments, land) in the area of Banja Luka, East Sarajevo, Laktaš and other places), as well as dozens of mostly expensive motor vehicles.
The prosecution will prove the allegations of the indictment by summoning around 130 witnesses, 8 expert witnesses, as well as by attaching hundreds of evidentiary materials, including international legal aid documents, obtained from the judicial institutions of France, the USA and others.

2. Dukić Petar, known as “Peter” born in 1980 in Zadar, Republic of Croatia, living in Banja Luka, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina
3. Todorović Milivoje, known as “Mica” and “Mr. Si”, born in 1975 in Bijeljina, a citizen of BiH, is in custody
4. Nikolić Aleksandar, nicknamed “Saša”, born in 1991 in Sarajevo, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
5. Hodžić Haris, so-called “Hari”, born in 1983 in Travnik, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
6. Knežević Jelenko, born in 1971 in Skender Vakuf / Kneževo, citizen of BiH,
7. Saša Radjević, born in 1975 in Gradiška / Bosanska Gradiška, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Serbia,
8. Milovanović Mladen, born in 1984 in Srebrenica, former employee of the RS MUP, citizen of BiH and Republic of Serbia,
9. Popović Davorin, nicknamed “Dado”, born in 1980 in Travnik, citizen of BiH and Republic of Serbia, previously convicted,
10. Stojisavljević Goran, born in 1972 in Virovitica, Republic of Croatia, citizen of the Republic of Croatia, previously convicted,
